Training and Support
We want you to become the ‘go-to’ person in your territory for claims management and the sales and marketing team at Aspray will help to grow and scale your business.
Our expert claims handling team support you with understanding insurance policies, negotiating with the insurer, bringing claims to settlement and vetting contractors. Every member of the team holds professional insurance qualifications, either Cert CII, Cert CILA or both. They also manage the 24-hour claims helpline, acting as the first port of contact for many policyholders.
Aspray is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with added permissions to hold client monies. Our qualified and experienced accounts department manage the Statutory Trust Client Monies bank account, keep you updated with insurance payments received into the account, and forward monies to you for payment of your contractors, materials, and profits.
The team also offer support with using Aspray’s bespoke accounting software, invoicing, VAT and much more.
In the field support is available for scoping properties so you never need to feel alone or out of your depth.
