Work from home with occasional visits to Franchisees.
Working very closely with the senior management team, this is a new role to help grow this emerging franchise business. This is a very broad Marketing role covering everything from strategy and planning to preparing marketing collateral to implementing and managing social media campaigns.
The Marketing Manager will:
- Input on the Marketing Strategy for the brand in the UK
- Create grass roots campaigns to drive brand awareness at a local and national level
- Provide support and direction to individual franchisee marketing plans at various stages of their growth cycle.
- Increase overall franchise prospect leads and lead quality
- Guide franchisee social media campaigns
- Support local initiatives with material from central resources
- Train franchisees in local marketing at induction and implementation of any new initiatives
- Oversee the design and creation of marketing material and campaigns for local marketing
- Inform social media policy and ensure compliance in the network
- Prepare marketing guides for franchisees
- Collate and prepare monthly newsletters for network
- Be responsible for marketing portal and operations manual content around marketing and external communication
- Guide franchise recruitment material from digital to Discovery events (message content, consistency, and tone)
- Manage and attend events for the franchise such as exhibitions, annual conference and training seminars as required
Candidate Profile
- General marketing/digital marketing experience/ SEO, PPC
- Experience/knowledge of Franchise recruitment marketing
- Good working knowledge of websites & CMS
- Understanding of social networking sites & role of social media marketing
- Creative and imaginative
- Multi-tasker
- Numerate
- Interested in design & excellent attention to detail
